John Mayer Brings “Battle Studies” to Phoenix August 18

Grammy award winning singer and songwriter John Mayer has just unveiled a more extensive schedule for his upcoming summer tour which will set off in Charlotte, NC on July 16. The tour is aimed in promoting his most recent studio release, “Battle Studies” which was dropped last fall.

The John Mayer Tour will be hitting Phoenix, AZ as part of his two-month road show all across North America. See him perform live at the Cricket Wireless Pavilion on August 18, Wednesday at 7 PM. The public can get their hands on the show’s tickets starting on April 17, Saturday at 10 AM MST through Ticketmaster. Access to early tickets will be provided by John Mayer’s official website (April 12, Monday, 10 AM MST), Citi (exclusive to their cardholders, April 14, Wednesday, 10 AM MST) and Live Nation (April 16, Friday, 10 AM MST). Tickets are priced from $36 to $69.50.

Battle Studies” is Mayer’s first album since he released “Continuum” in 2006. “Studies” topped the Billboard 200 when it was released last fall and has spawned the hit track “Half of My Heart” which has Taylor Swift singing in the background along with Mayer.
