Jack Johnson Surfs into Cricket Wireless October 10
Award winning singer and songwriter Jack Johnson will be spending summer and early fall touring to promote his fifth studio set, “To the Sea”.
The tour will kick off in Hartford, CT on July 9 and will have the artist going back and forth to the US and Canada throughout July, August and early October with a two-nighter in Santa Barbara on October 13 and 14 to wrap up the tour.
As Johnson hits the homestretch of the tour in mid-October, he will be stopping by the Cricket Wireless Pavilion in Phoenix on October 10, Sunday at 7 PM. Tickets will be available to the public on April 10, Saturday at 10 AM MST through Ticketmaster. A radio presale event will be held on April 6, Tuesday at 10 AM MST for advance tickets.
Ticket prices are $35 for general admission and $55 for premium and near stage seats.
The artist will be donating all ticket revenues from the entire tour to the non-profit organization All at Once, which is also spearheaded by the artist.
“To the Sea” is slated for a June 1 release. The track “You and Your Heart” will premiere in radio stations nationwide in April.

Rock acts Kings of Leon has just unveiled the details of their forthcoming summer tour that will have the band crisscrossing between the east and west coasts, with a few stops in Canada and a June 30 show in London that is worth mentioning, as well.

Fox’s newest sensation “Glee” is jumping off the screen and onto the stage. The cast of Glee will be doing eleven shows in four cities and one of the lucky ones is none other than Phoenix. They will be taking over the Dodge Theatre on Saturday, May 16 at 8pm and Sunday, May 17 at 11:30am. All your favorite New Directions members will be belting out your favorite hits from “Sweet Caroline” to “Don’t Stop Believing.” None other than Glee creator Ryan Murphy will assembling the set list for the concert.
Jazz chanteuse Norah Jones recently released her latest album “The Fall,” and is fueling the tour bus to head out on a 36-city US concert tour this summer. Jones will be stopping in Atlanta on Sunday, April 25 at 7:30pm at the Dodge Theatre. Sarah Jaffee is due to open the show.
